- The buyer BANK confirm NOR/ETA, AND THE RETURNED COPY OF INDEMNITY LETTER DULY ENDORSED BY SELLER BANK AND PLACE BG (BANK GAURANTEE) FOR ENTIRE CARGO.
- VESSEL MOVE TO BUYER TANKFARM FOR Q & Q. AND DISCHARGE.
- Buyer’s Bank shall then effect payment for entire cargo within 72 hours via MT103/Swift transfer.
- Seller releases full cargo documents to Buyer.
- Seller’s vessel sail back to her port of destination.
