| 1. SPA is signed between the parties. Electronic signed SPA is considered binding and enforceable. Buyer returns the signed SPA with valid Tank Farm documents (Throughput Agreement, Invoice/Receipt of payment, Inspector’s details, Tank Farm Manager’s details and NOR Format). |
| 2. Buyer’s bank issues a pre-advice on Buyer’s ability and willingness to provide a Bank Guarantee. |
| 3. Seller’s Bank issues a non-operative 1% performance Bond (PB) which will be activated automatically when Buyer’s Bank issues the Bank Guarantee (BG). |
| 4. Buyer’s Bank issues BG for the Entire Cargo in favour of the seller, and the 1% PB is Automatically Activated. |
| 5. Seller’s Captain Sends NOR from the Loaded Vessel to Buyer’s Tank Farm. Tank farm Management Acknowledges. |
| 6. British Petroleum delivers cargo to Buyer’s tank farm on behalf of the Seller within five days of accepted BG. After Q & Q and on completion of discharge, BG is immediately cashable. |
